Video Recording Package Contract: Terms and Conditions

  1. Agreement Overview

This contract outlines the terms and conditions for video recording services provided by Musser Videos, LLC to the Client.

  1. Services Provided

Musser Videos, LLC agrees to provide video recording services as described in the package selected by the Client. This includes services outlined in the Sample, Half-Day, and Full-Day Packages.

  1. Payment Terms

The total fee for the video recording package is detailed in the invoice and payment links.

No deposit is required to secure the booking.

The entire balance is due 14 days after the final draft is sent.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If the Client cancels the contract 7 days before the event, they will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may require partial payment of the contracted amount.

  1. Rescheduling

The Client may request to reschedule the event 24 hours prior to the original date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling may incur an additional fee.

  1. Delivery of Final Product

Musser Videos, LLC will deliver the final edited video to the Client within 14 days after the event.

The final product will be delivered and available in digital download in the Client's preferred resolution and specifications,

  1. Liability

Musser Videos is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the completion of services, such as weather or local emergencies.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of the contracted services.

  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for acknowledging any necessary permissions, permits, or clearances required for the video recording. The Client must provide accurate event details and requirements to Musser Videos, LLC.

  1. Copyright and Usage

Unless otherwise noted in an NDA, Musser Videos, LLC retains copyright ownership of all video content produced and may use footage on the companies website and other digital platforms.

The Client is granted a license for use of the video in commercial use.

  1. Miscellaneous

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Any modifications to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
